Ohs And Ones operate an “Made-to-order” business model, therefore we do not have surplus stock available. Every one of our products is made to order, this means we have limitations on what we can deem acceptable for valid return reasons.
Returning Damaged / Wrong item
At Ohs And Ones, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted via our provided email address within 1 week (7 consecutive days) after the product has been received.
Wrong Size Ordered
Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds from Ohs And Ones’ side either. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
Items Lost In Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If the carrier’s tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you can make a written claim for replacement for the lost product in compliance with Ohs And Ones Returns Policy.
For products lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to Ohs And Ones investigation and sole discretion.
The return address is to our Ohs And Ones facility of which the details are provided on our packaging and as well as the enclosed packing slip. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you updating you on the next course of action.
Wrong Address - If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will then be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. After 4 weeks all unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity.
Ohs And Ones does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Before Returns -Before attempting to return a product bought from our online store you should contact Ohs And Ones via our provided email first. We will then reply to you within 72 hours to resolve the situation. Ohs And Ones does NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Ohs And Ones reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
